CLASSES OFFERED BY FORT SASKATCHEWAN POTTERY GUILD SPRING 2026
Registration will be through the Fort Saskatchewan Spring Online Leisure Guide. On Tuesday March 3rd, the Spring Leisure Guide will be launched. On Tuesday March 10th at 8am, Spring Session Registration will be open to sign up.
Note: We expect that classes will fill very quickly, especially the Beginner Class.

BEGINNER ADULT POTTERY 10 weeks
Learn Hand building techniques, glazing and intro to the potters wheel.
Thursday evening 6:30 to 9:30 pm
April 2, 9, 16, 23 (no class April 30th for Guild pottery sale)

Ages: 18 yrs and up
Cost: $250. Additional costs including clay and tools (estimated around 60$)

INTERMEDIATE ADULT POTTERY 10 weeks – WORKSHOP ONLY (no instructor)
MUST HAVE PREVIOUSLY TAKEN BEGINNER ADULT POTTERY at the Fort Saskatchewan Pottery Guild
MUST BE A PREVIOUS STUDENT at the Fort Saskatchewan Pottery Guild

Lidded Container Workshop
Hand build a lidded jar with us!
April 26th Sunday 3-5 pm
Ages: 8 and up, each child under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (non-registered welcome)
Cost: $25 includes all supplies

At the Pottery Guild we keep the cost of our Classes and Workshops down through volunteer activity. Potters are required to contribute some time & elbow grease during the session, plus perform normal housekeeping chores as required. In addition, you are required to treat the studio an other peoples belongings with caution and respect.
