Registration for WINTER 2025 classes is coming up!

If you are an adult beginner to pottery and would like to register for a class, registration will be through the City of Fort Saskatchewan Leisure Guide.  We will post the date/time and link once available. 

The following classes will be available for registration. 

SATURDAY KIDS AND CLAY 8 weeks

Hand build creative projects in this kid-oriented course

Saturdays 10 am to 12 noon

February 1, 8, 15, 22

March 1, 8, 15

Ages: 8 yrs and up

Cost: $160 includes all supplies

Maximum class: 15

EARLY OUT POTTERY 4 sessions

Something fun to do after school!

First Wednesday of the month 2:15 til 4:00 pm

February 5, March 5, April 2, May 7

Ages: 8 yrs and up

Cost: $80 includes all supplies

Maximum class: 15

BEGINNER ADULT POTTERY 10 weeks

Learn Hand building techniques, glazing and intro to the potter’s wheel.

Thursday evening 6:30 to 9:30 pm

Ages: 18 yrs and up

Cost: $250. Additional costs including clay and tools

Garden Markers Workshop

Get ready for planting with handbuilding 8 garden markers

March 21 Friday 7 – 9 pm

Ages: 8 and up, under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (non-registered welcome)

Cost: $25 includes all supplies

Berry Bowls Workshop

Hand build a berry bowl and saucer for summer berries with us! 

May 9th Friday 7 – 9 pm

Ages: 8 and up, under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (non-registered welcome)

Teen Wheel Throwing

Learn to throw on the potters wheel, just for teens in this 8 week course

Sunday 10 am to 12 noon

At the Pottery Guild we keep the cost of our Classes and Workshops down through volunteer activity. Potters are required to contribute some time & elbow grease during the session, plus perform normal housekeeping chores as required. In addition, you are required to treat the studio an other peoples belongings with caution and respect.
